Space and image are two interrelated things. Both of them are interconnected and supply meaning to each other. Space  - real and virtual - is reality which challenges to respond and be given meanings. Space, like time, cannot be grasped yet exists. Space turns real as there is response and action towards it. Space is built because of certain passion (presenting  'something',  which is unreal and real). The responding effort and brings meaning to this can be witnessed on various creative acts, among other things are artistic creations. By means of creative acts, space arises, space possesses existence, space comes to life and provides new awareness on meaning and values.

"Space and Image" - Visual Art Exhibition at Ciputra World Jakarta on April 24 - May 22 2010 was designed to mark the Launch of Ciputra World building (among other things are the facility of International-scale Museum and Gallery) that presented 82 contemporary Indonesian artists having track record and outstanding artistic and esthetic achievements and accomplishments, known to be participants at various national and international scale visual arts events, as well as take part in national and international visual arts discourse.
